1. Before you purchase tickets to our events, please take a moment to read these terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information about attending our events, using our website.

2. It is important to understand that all customers attending the event must adhere strictly to the stated terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for everyone involved. Failure to comply with any of the terms may lead to consequences, including removal from the event without any refund or compensation. This policy helps maintain order and fairness, preventing disruptions that could affect other attendees. We endeavour to keep you informed about any updates to our Terms and Conditions. Whenever changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — either via email, notices on our website www.cosmic-voyages.com, or through our social media platforms.

3. By purchasing tickets to our events, you acknowledge and agree to;

a. When purchasing tickets, it's important to ensure that you and everyone for whom you are buying tickets are at least 18 years old.

b. Tickets for this event are sold individually, meaning each person needs their own ticket to gain entry. The ticket price covers entrance only, please note that drinks / booth drink deals are not included and will be available for purchase from the venue.

c. When purchasing your tickets, it's essential to ensure that all personal details you enter are accurate and complete.

d. When purchasing tickets for an event, it's essential to ensure that all tickets are for the correct date and venue. This simple step can prevent disappointment and confusion on the day of the event.

e. Please ensure you arrive at the event at least two hours before your session finishes, as stated on your ticket. While we strive to accommodate latecomers, entry is not guaranteed after this time and you will not be refunded.

f. All ticket sales are final, so please be sure before you buy. Additionally, tickets become non-transferable 24 hours after purchase. Refunds are processed on a weekly basis. Once your refund request has been approved, please allow up to 8 working days for the transaction to be completed.

g. All bookings fees charged and paid are non-refundable in all circumstances.

h. Act of God Force Majeure - consists of both acts of nature and extraordinary circumstances due to human behaviour When an event is rescheduled due to an “Act of God,” such as severe weather or unexpected natural occurrences, or because of legal government restrictions imposed by local or national authorities, the event promoter or brand gains the right to offer a new date for the event. If you cannot attend or prefer not to accept the rescheduled date, the promoter will provide you with a credit equal to the value of your original purchase. It’s important to note that under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

i. Ticket Holder Liability - When purchasing tickets for an event, it’s important to understand that the promoter, brand, or venue is not responsible for any extra costs you might face if the event is rescheduled or cancelled. This means that while you will usually get a refund or a chance to attend the new date, any additional expenses—such as travel, accommodation, or time off work—are not covered.

j. Ticket prices can vary depending on the event, and from time to time, we may introduce discounts or special promotions. These offers are designed to provide better deals as the event approaches, but it’s important to note that if you purchased your tickets before any discounts were announced, you will not be eligible for any partial refunds or price adjustments. Rest assured, this policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

k. It is strictly prohibited to resell or transfer tickets for profit or commercial gain unless done by the promoter, venue management, the official ticketing platform, or their authorised agents. Any tickets sold outside these authorised channels are considered invalid. Holders of such tickets may be refused entry or removed from the venue to ensure a fair and safe experience for everyone.

l. Photography and videography may take place during the event and could be shared on The Promoters online platforms. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow The Promoter and its partners to use any images or footage featuring you for promotional purposes.

m. Challenge 25: If you’re lucky enough to look youthful, you will be required to provide valid proof of your age and identity when arriving at the event. This means bringing an official ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued identification card. Without proper verification, entry will be refused, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.

n. When attending our events, it’s important to be mindful of our dress code policy. You may be refused access if you arrive wearing leisurewear such as tracksuit bottoms, vests or football tops.

o. Our venues are equipped with CCTV systems to help maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff. These cameras continuously monitor venue, providing real-time surveillance and recording footage that is used for safety and security purposes.

p. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, the venue maintains a clear policy on admission and behaviour. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry (ROAR) or remove individuals from the premises if they engage in activities or conduct that disrupts the experience or compromises safety. On occasions the Promoter may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

Common reasons include:

  • • Disruptive behaviour: Loud, aggressive, or unruly actions that disturb others.
  • • Intoxication: Being visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • • Violating dress codes: Failure to comply with the venue’s attire guidelines.
  • • Bringing prohibited items: Weapons, illegal substances, or outside drinks.
  • • Failing to follow staff instructions: Ignoring safety rules or staff requests.

4. If you have a complaint about an event you attended, please report it within seven days. This helps us address any problems quickly and effectively. To do so, simply contact us as soon as possible. If complaints are reported after this period, it may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

Once we receive your complaint, please allow a minimum of ten working days for us to process it and work with the venue to find a suitable solution. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly, but some cases may take time because we need to communicate with all involved parties.
